1. Neighbors, police seek answers after CU student breaks into home, shot dead
An intruder who broke into a Boulder home and paid for it with his life was identified as a CU student. Roberto Zamora, 19, broke into the home and was shot dead by the home’s owner.
2. Hancock re-elected Denver mayor; four council districts to have runoff election June 2
Denver Mayor Michael Hancock cruised to re-election Tuesday night. Residents voted for mayor, city council members, auditor, and clerk and recorder in the nonpartisan election. There will be four council district runoffs in June.
3. Controversial prom picture using guns, Confederate flag brings apology from one student
A prom picture showing a group of teenagers posing with guns and the Confederate flag is now grabbing national headlines. One of the Chaparral High School students in the picture has broken her silence and apologized.

A Florida woman being held hostage by her boyfriend used Pizza Hut’s website to submit an order where she secretly added a comment telling workers she was being held hostage.
