DENVER — Many men and women enlist in the military to help pay for college only to find out that it’s still too expensive to pay for when they get out.

A bipartisan proposal in the Colorado House seeks to make sure all vets qualify for in-state tuition rates which would have a huge impact for young people who have served our country.
