DENVER — Homemade Hacks are all about saving time and money with clever, every-day tricks.

Dry weather have your hair standing on end?  Keep a dryer sheet on hand!  Just lightly smooth it over the top of your hair to get rid of static.

If dry hands are your problem, try the multi-tasker of the moment: coconut oil.

It’s not just for cooking!  You can use it to moisturize your skin, deep condition your hair, or as a gentle shaving cream.

Hair conditioner ca also double as shaving cream…or hair detangler.  Just mix a couple of dollops with water in a spray bottle and squirt on as needed for knots.
