AURORA, Colo. — A gusher of a water main break has left people in a number of buildings without water in Aurora Thursday night.
It happened on Jamaica Street just south of East Colfax Avenue. Aurora Water said Jamaica Street was closed while crews make repairs.
The water was shooting several feet into the air for awhile.
Officials say 13 multiunit buildings were without water. Repair crews had the main fixed and water service restored at 3:30 a.m. Friday.
