Samantha Spitz joined FOX31 and Colorado’s Very Own Channel 2 as a Reporter in January 2023. As a Colorado native, Sam is thrilled to be back reporting in her home state!
Sam grew up in Westminster and attended Jefferson Academy High School before heading off to San Luis Obispo, California. She graduated with a degree in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University.
Before moving back to Colorado, Sam worked as the Weekend Anchor/Reporter at KEPR in Tri-Cities, WA. While in Washington State, Sam covered all types of stories, but you could always find her at a breaking news scene.
When Sam is not working on a story, she’s out hiking, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
