DENVER (KDVR) — The Colorado Rapids won the Western Conference for the first time in club history.

Now it’s time for the playoffs as the Rapids will take on the winner of Portland vs. Minnesota on FOX31 at 2:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
