DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver Police Department says one person has died and two others were hospitalized following a shooting Friday morning.
It happened before 4 a.m. near Park Avenue West and Globeville Road.
When police arrived, they found three men in a vehicle with gunshot wounds. They were taken to the hospital with serious injuries, according to DPD. One of the victims was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Park Avenue West was closed inbound and outbound from Interstate 25 to Larimer Street for several hours. It reopened around 7:30 a.m.
