Arran Andersen reports for the ‘Outdoor Colorado’ segment on FOX31 and Colorado’s Very Own Channel 2.
He is a 25-year veteran of television news, with stops in Wyoming, northern California, Nevada, Arizona and North Carolina, along with eight years in working Denver.
Arran has covered it all from Super Bowls and All-Star games to NCAA Tournaments and the American Idol Finals. His most memorable experience was interviewing Bill Murray at the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am.
Arran grew up in Napa, California and graduated from UC Davis. He attended the Mass Media Institute at Stanford University.
His name comes from the Isle of Arran, located off the coast of Scotland. When he’s not talking sports you can find him on the golf course or fly fishing on one of Colorado’s gold medal rivers.
