DENVER (KDVR) — Gov. Jared Polis announced Wednesday that the Colorado Comeback Cash drawing for the state’s vaccinated will include 25 scholarships worth $50,000 each.

The drawings with begin on June 7 and run until early July. Coloradans aged 12-17 will be eligible if they have received one dose of either the Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.

The random drawing will put money in a college investment account that can be used for four-year colleges and universities, trade schools, junior colleges or any other post-secondary education the winner chooses, the governor said.
