JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — UPDATE (3:33 p.m.): Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office confirms Jasiah Serna has been found safe.
ORIGINAL: The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing endangered 12-year-old boy who was last seen in Golden on Thursday night.
According to the sheriff’s office, Jasiah Serna had his electronics taken away by his parents and left his residence in the 11000 block of Spruce Canyon Circle at about 7 p.m.
Jasiah is 5 feet tall, 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, gray pants and brown boots.

Jasiah’s parents and sheriff’s deputies have searched the home and areas surrounding the home and have not located him.
The area where Jasiah left has been searched with bloodhound, forward-looking infrared (FLIR) units, drones, JCSO, Alpine Search and Rescue, Arapaho Rescue Patrol, Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, and Coal Creek Fire Department.
People in the Coal Creek Canyon area have been asked to check their properties and outbuildings. If anyone sees Jasiah or knows where he might be they are to call the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office immediately.
