DENVER — One day after Denver leaders announced plans to improve safety and security on the 16th Street Mall, the FOX31 Denver Problem Solvers went back to see if there was a difference.
There was a big difference in police presence and visitors to the popular destination seemed to notice signs of improvement as well.
