PUEBLO, Colo. — A man from Parker drowned in the Arkansas River by a picnic area on Sunday morning.
Steven Kelly, 23, of Parker was was tubing near the Cottonwood picnic area when he died about 11:30 a.m., the Pueblo County Coroner’s Office said.
Trails nearby were closed for the coroner to investigate the accident.
It’s not known if Kelly was wearing a life jacket.
