LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. — A 22-year-old man died after falling into Seaman Reservoir on Friday evening.
It happened around 7:19 p.m. when it was reported to the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office that a group of people were cliff diving at the reservoir north of Highway 14 and west of Highway 287.
One of the people fell off a cliff into the water and could not be located, according to the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office.
Responders to the scene arrived shortly after and one hour later, the body of a 22-year-old male from Highland Ranchs was recovered by the Larimer County Dive Rescue Team.
The Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to the scene and will release the man’s identity as well as manner and cause of death at a later time.
