EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 34-year-old employee of Falcon School District 49 on charges she had sexual contact with a 17-year-old boy.
Tonya Harris, 34, is a food service worker in D-49. She stands accused of engaging in felonious sexual acts with a student and providing alcohol to minors. She has been placed on administrative leave.
The D-49 Board of Education has scheduled a meeting to terminate the suspect’s employment.
